Fitness doesn’t take a holiday on the 4th. It is our duty as Americans to flex our muscles as we celebrate our independence. Plus, you have more time on your hands this year because you won’t be heading out to any fireworks displays…..
We Googled our little patriotic hearts out and found some 4th of July fitness routines that you can power through before you must tap the keg and get the ribs on the grill…….
Looking for a HIIT workout? We found one by Bowflex. It has four rounds (for the 4th no doubt) of moves using just your body weight. Burn some calories before you grab that burger!
Want to get it out of the way quick? Caroline Jordan, all decked out in red white in blue, that only takes 12 minutes!! Get to the tater salad a lot quicker…feeling very accomplished!
Not the video-watching type, but you want direction on a kick-butt sequence? A Shot of Adrenaline presents you with some go-to moves that explode just like fireworks! You won’t feel guilty eating fried food after this one.
